John, just a quick note to thank you for a fantastic day on the fly yesturday the two Snook were good, but the big one some how escaped capture due to some particually dodgy morning casting but at least i soon got to grips with it, i still cannot belive how different a method it is to fishing for trout back at home! but the Big Red well i’m still buzzing over it now wow that was fun i only wish we could have had more time but c’est la vie! When i get home i’m going to advertise your company in our regimental magazine as a lot of the regiment holiday in florida and many of the guys fish. As for me well you’ve given me some fantastic memories and storys, if you are ever in the UK then look me up and i’ll take you fly fishing in the mecca of south wales for wild brownies or, for some big Rainbows. At the very least bring your fanily over and i’ll take you out for a night at the Warrant Officers and Sergeants mess, at the first Battalion of The Rifles, a club where membership is extremely exclusive, and invites seldom given.

Thanks once again

Tight Lines and i’m sure i’ll see you next year after my next excursion to Afgan!
